In this class, you'll learn about healthy eating and prepare meals for yourself for five days, plus get ideas and guideline for an extra week that you can make on your own.

Optional–if you'd like to join us to learn about healthy eating, but you need more, we offer options. Alternating Sunday mornings you can join us for a cooking class, where we guide you through preparing meals for the week and give recipes for the alternating week. If you'd rather let us do the meal prep, join us on Monday nights to learn more about how to stay on track and pick up your already prepared meals each week.
