The Spring Garden

This class will introduce the simplicity of cooking with the inspiration of Mother Nature's whimsical delicious Spring bounty. Menu features include: baby bok choy; Spanish Remolacha beet salad;  rapini sauteed with garlic, chiles, guanciale; parsnip hash; and a few other Spring surprises like fresh Brussels sprouts and sunchokes (if available.)

This is a hands-on class.
