Chef Karen has longed to visit Peru for many years and had the good fortune to take Spanish lessons from a Peruvian native several years ago while working at a travel book store. She opened her eyes to new flavors and the colorful culture. Peru is at the heart of the history of potatoes, and from the Andean mountains to the Pacific Ocean the cuisine of this country is vast and wide with influences from Spain to West Africa as well as indigenous flavors. Chef Karen look's forward to sharing an evening of the flavorful cuisine of Peru and good company with you. Let’s eat!
