Pozole. Menudo. Tortilla Soup. Chile Colorado. Albondigas. Chile Verde...Just the very idea of these traditional Mexican soups and stews inspire us to get in the kitchen. We will explore their ingredients that make each unique, and create two of the stews for our class.
